For more than 33 years, my family and I have proudly called Arizona home. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the beauty, culture, and lifestyle that make this state such a special place to live—and I love helping my clients discover it for themselves.

Growing up in Colorado gave me a lifelong love for the outdoors, from hiking and biking to staying active year-round. Later, living in New York City introduced me to world-class culture, dining, and the arts. Today, the communities throughout Phoenix and the surrounding Valley offer the best of both worlds—outdoor living, vibrant culture, and incredible neighborhoods.

As a mother who raised two children in Arizona, I understand how important it is to find the right home in the right community—with access to great schools, family activities, parks, and a lifestyle that fits every stage of life.

In addition to over 16 years as a REALTOR®, I bring 20 years of hands-on experience as a real estate investor, buying and selling properties while operating a successful vacation rental business. Tina did a fantastic job for us selling our previous home in a tough market and also helping us find the perfect new home for our family. Sold a Townhouse Home in 2025 in Scottsdale, AZ.
Tina is amazing! She helped us rent our townhouse after a failed attempt to sell it with another realtor 2 years prior. We interviewed Tina after she sold a very similar unit to ours [ in our same community] a few months after we took our unit off the market, and she sold it for top dollar. When we interviewed Tina to rent our unit we knew she was the one to help us. She jumped right in bringing in stagers, taking fabulous photos and creating a video walk-thru, just for our rental effort. We rented it immediately! After the rental period was over, Tina helped us plan to sell again. Armed with all previous photos and video, we immediately hit the market [which was actually a worse market than the last time we tried to sell]. With Tina's marketing presentation we far exceeded our previous Zillow views and saves and had a full price offer in 2 weeks! Tina has an upbeat and relatable personality, is extremely professional and responsive. She was called out of town for a family wedding and then a funeral just as a contract was being presented and managed to be on top of all proceedings and in constant contact with us. Sold a Single Family home in O'Neil Ranch, Glendale, AZ.

 

Tina brought us a full price offer after just five days on the market and a backup contract soon after that. The house was beautifully staged and the marketing was incredibly professional. Tina communicated promptly and patiently with all parties throughout the process. When the buyer’s agent and his lender proved challenging, Tina was positive and persistent in closing the deal. I will enlist Tina’s help again in the future.
