If you want a real estate agent who will go the extra mile and find you your perfect home, then Tina Halpin is the agent for you. She showed us over 50 homes and was patient until we found the one that best met our needs. Never did she rush us or try to talk to us into something that was not quite right.

She really scoured the market in Scottsdale which is a sellers market to find us the best inventory out there. She was extremely professional in negotiating and finding an inspector, closing agent and home improvement people.

Tina is probably the most patient person in the world! It all started back in 2016 when me and my sister in law called her up to check out some houses in the area. I can't tell you enough good things about working with Tina Halpern to purchase my new home. I've not had good experiences with realtors in the past so I came into this relationship with Tina as a "Doubting Thomas." Within 10 minutes, she showed me what a truly professional and caring realtor can be. She was patient as I asked hundreds of questions. She followed up with the property manager when I had specific HOA questions. She showed the house to me and my family 3 times before I'd made my final decision. She helped me negotiate the price of the house and, later, as I needed some paperwork from the previous owner for some appliance warranty issues, she reached back out to the seller's realtor to get me what I needed. Tina never pressured me but always informed me. She was there when the inspector delivered his excellent report to me (he was, by the way, one of Tina's referrals, of which she seems to have an endless supply!). And Tina hung out for 90 minutes, I believe it was, while my daughter measured and diagrammed the entire house with great precision so I could plan furniture placement. And then, when we finally got through a hellish mortgage process (no fault of Tina's - I didn't use her "guy") and I could get the keys, she met me at the house with a lovely card and some very thoughtful "welcome home" gifts. We were given Tina's name by a family member. She is a friend of my family that lives in AZ. We were in Iowa and looking to buy a winter home.
